Membership Agreement
1. Parties
a) This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is the owner of the https://wedidit.com.tr/ website, the RBA KOZMETİK residing at Gümüşpala Mah. E-5 Yanyol1, Eski Londra Asfaltı Cd.

2. Subject of the Contract

3.4. The ideas and opinions expressed, written and expressions used by the MEMBERs on the https://wedidit.com.tr/ website are exclusively the personal opinions and comments of the MEMBER and the MEMBER is solely responsible for the results of these ideas and comments. These opinions and thoughts have nothing to do with Arap Makyaj Dünyası. Arap Makyaj Dünyası does not have any responsibility for the damages that the MEMBER may incur due to the ideas and opinions expressed by the MEMBER, or the damages that the MEMBER may suffer due to the ideas and opinions declared by the third parties or institutions.
3.5. The MEMBER declares and undertakes that the personal and other information provided while becoming a MEMBER to the https://wedidit.com.tr/ website is true and that Arap Makyaj Dünyası will indemnify all damages incurred due to the untrueness of this information, in full and in cash.
3.6. The MEMBER's right to use the password obtained from the Arap Makyaj Dünyası website belongs exclusively to the MEMBER. The MEMBER cannot give this password to any third party. All legal and penal responsibility regarding the use of the password belongs to the MEMBER.
3.7. Arap Makyaj Dünyası shall not be held responsible for unauthorized access to MEMBER data and for damages to MEMBER software and data. 3.9. The MEMBER who violates one or more of the articles listed in this Agreement accepts and undertakes that it will be responsible for all damages that may arise due to this reason and will keep Arap Makyaj Dünyası free of all damages, lawsuits, claims and claims that may arise due to this reason, and will indemnify them.
3.10. Arap Makyaj Dünyası always has the right to unilaterally suspend or terminate the MEMBER's membership and delete all data, documents and files belonging to the MEMBER, without assuming any responsibility.
3.11. All intellectual property rights regarding the https://wedidit.com.tr/website design and software and the text and visual content of the products are the property of Arap Makyaj Dünyası and cannot be used by the MEMBER without the written consent of Arap Makyaj Dünyası.
3.12. The MEMBER declares and accepts that he/she allows the collection, use and archiving of Arap Makyaj Dünyası of personal and shopping information and shopping and/or consumer behavior information that he/she has given in the past and/or will give in the future while becoming a MEMBER to Arap Makyaj Dünyası and/or in other ways. it does. The MEMBER shall be deemed to have consented to the sending of the notification e-mails to the e-mail address and the notification SMS to the mobile phone, together with the approval of this Agreement. In case the MEMBER wishes to opt out of receiving e-mail and/or SMS, he/she will be able to cancel the e-mail and/or SMS sending by forwarding this request to Arap Makyaj Dünyası Customer Services. 3.13. provisions of the article are reserved.
4. Termination of Contract
Each party may terminate this Agreement at any time with a unilateral notice to the other party.
5. Status of Disputes
This agreement will remain in effect until the MEMBER cancels its MEMBERSHIP or its MEMBERSHIP is canceled by Arap Makyaj Dünyası. Arap Makyaj Dünyası may terminate the contract unilaterally by canceling the MEMBER's MEMBERSHIP if the MEMBER violates any provision of the "membership agreement".
6. Status of Disputes
Istanbul Central Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve all disputes in connection with or arising from this Agreement.
7. Enforcement
Membership registration of the MEMBER takes place after the MEMBER reads and accepts all the articles in this Agreement. This Agreement has been concluded and entered into force at the moment the MEMBER becomes a MEMBER.
