Is there a membership fee?
Membership is recommended to place orders, receive discounts, campaign updates and enjoy our perks. There is no membership fee.
Can I shop without creating an account?
Yes, you can checkout as a guest. Creating an account helps with order history, faster checkout and smoother return/warranty processes.
How do I shop on your site? / I placed an order, what’s next?
Click “Add to Cart” on the product page and follow the steps. After completion you’ll see a confirmation screen and receive a confirmation email.

What is the delivery time?

How can I track my order?
Use the link in your confirmation email or the My Orders section of your account. For guest checkout, follow the tracking link sent by email.
Why do you ask for a phone number?
In rare cases we may need to verify orders to prevent fraudulent activity and protect service quality, so a phone number can be required for confirmation.
How do I update my account? / I forgot my password
Update details via My Account > Account Details. Use “Forgot Password” on the sign-in screen to reset your password.

Which payment methods are available?

Do I have to enter card details to buy?
For card payments, yes. If alternative methods are available, you’ll see them at checkout.
Is your payment gateway secure?
Transactions are conducted over a 100% encrypted connection. Your card data is not stored on our systems and is sent directly to the bank.

Returns & Support

What are your return conditions?
You may return unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. If a parcel appears damaged, refuse delivery and ask the courier for a report.
How does the return process work?
Once the item arrives and is inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Bank processing times may affect when funds appear on your card.
Returns for used/damaged items
Returns of used or damaged items are not accepted. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic/personal care items may be excluded from returns.
