About Us

CHEF’S CAKE COMBINES AUTHENTIC DESSERT FLAVORS WITH A MODERN PRODUCTION APPROACH.

Founded in 2013 under the name “İstanbul Souffle” with the aim of offering the authentic taste of soufflé, we have continued our journey since 2016 under the name “Chef’s Cake” by expanding our range with new flavors.

With our dedicated team who love their work, share their knowledge, and value efficiency, we produce high-quality and authentic desserts in hygienic production environments while maintaining the highest standards of food safety.

Our food safety processes are carefully monitored at every stage, from raw materials to final products. Meeting the requirements of environmental regulations, Occupational Health and Safety standards, the Turkish Food Codex, and all related legal regulations while maintaining product quality and maximizing customer satisfaction forms the foundation of Chef’s Cake production policy.

Our products are manufactured and stored in compliance with the Turkish Food Codex under the supervision of food engineers. Following production, the products are shock-frozen at -40°C, stored in our -18°C cold storage facilities, and delivered through refrigerated vehicles at -18°C while preserving the frozen supply chain.
