Membership Agreement
1. Parties
a) This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is the owner of the https://wedidit.com.tr/ website, the Chef's Cake residing at Unit 19 Anglo Business Park Fishpond Road

2. Subject of the Contract

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

3.3. The MEMBER may not use the https://wedidit.com.tr/ website in any way that violates public order, violates public morality, disturbs and harass others, infringes on the intellectual and copyright rights of others, and for any unlawful purpose.
3.4. The ideas and opinions expressed, written and expressions used by the MEMBERs on the https://wedidit.com.tr/ website are exclusively the personal opinions and comments of the MEMBER and the MEMBER is solely responsible for the results of these ideas and comments. These opinions and thoughts have nothing to do with Chef's Cake. Chef's Cake does not have any responsibility for the damages that the MEMBER may incur due to the ideas and opinions expressed by the MEMBER, or the damages that the MEMBER may suffer due to the ideas and opinions declared by the third parties or institutions.
3.5. The MEMBER declares and undertakes that the personal and other information provided while becoming a MEMBER to the https://wedidit.com.tr/ website is true and that Chef's Cake will indemnify all damages incurred due to the untrueness of this information, in full and in cash.
3.6. The MEMBER's right to use the password obtained from the Chef's Cake website belongs exclusively to the MEMBER. The MEMBER cannot give this password to any third party. All legal and penal responsibility regarding the use of the password belongs to the MEMBER.
3.7. Chef's Cake shall not be held responsible for unauthorized access to MEMBER data and for damages to MEMBER software and data. The MEMBER has agreed in advance not to claim compensation from Chef's Cake for any damage it may incur due to the use of the https://wedidit.com.tr/website.
3.8. The MEMBER has agreed not to access or use the information and software of other internet users without permission. Otherwise, the legal and penal responsibility that may arise due to this reason belongs entirely to the MEMBER.
3.9. The MEMBER who violates one or more of the articles listed in this Agreement accepts and undertakes that it will be responsible for all damages that may arise due to this reason and will keep Chef's Cake free of all damages, lawsuits, claims and claims that may arise due to this reason, and will indemnify them.
3.10. Chef's Cake always has the right to unilaterally suspend or terminate the MEMBER's membership and delete all data, documents and files belonging to the MEMBER, without assuming any responsibility.
3.11. All intellectual property rights regarding the https://wedidit.com.tr/website design and software and the text and visual content of the products are the property of Chef's Cake and cannot be used by the MEMBER without the written consent of Chef's Cake.
3.12. 3.13. 3.14. The MEMBER declares and accepts that he allows information and advertisements to be sent to him about the product and service promotions, advertisements, campaigns, advantages, surveys and other customer satisfaction practices of the Chef's Cake and Chef's Cake brands within the scope of the applications in force and/or to be enforced. The MEMBER declares and accepts that he/she allows the collection, use and archiving of Chef's Cake of personal and shopping information and shopping and/or consumer behavior information that he/she has given in the past and/or will give in the future while becoming a MEMBER to Chef's Cake and/or in other ways. it does. 3.15. Chef's Cake is required to disclose the MEMBER's personal information (a) in accordance with applicable laws or regulations or a court decision, administrative order, and (b) 3.13. In the cases specified in the article and (c) with the consent of the MEMBER, it may disclose it to third parties.
3.16. Measures have been taken to ensure that the Chef's Cake website is free of viruses and similar software. In this context, by entering the Chef's Cake website, the MEMBER is deemed to have accepted that he is responsible for all errors that may occur in his own software and operating systems and their direct or indirect consequences.
3.17. Chef's Cake has the right to change the content, design and software of the site at any time, to change, stop or terminate any service provided to users, and to delete the user information and data registered on the website at any time.
3.18. Chef's Cake may update, change or revoke the terms of this Agreement at any time, without the need for prior notice and/or warning in any form or form. Any provision that is updated, changed or repealed will be valid for all MEMBERS at the date of publication.
3.19. Chef's Cake, pursuant to this Agreement, has the authority to send notification e-mails to the registered e-mail addresses of its MEMBERS and informing SMSs to their mobile phones. The MEMBER shall be deemed to have consented to the sending of the notification e-mails to the e-mail address and the notification SMS to the mobile phone, together with the approval of this Agreement. In case the MEMBER wishes to opt out of receiving e-mail and/or SMS, he/she will be able to cancel the e-mail and/or SMS sending by forwarding this request to Chef's Cake Customer Services. 3.13. provisions of the article are reserved.
4. Termination of Contract
Each party may terminate this Agreement at any time with a unilateral notice to the other party.
5. Status of Disputes
This agreement will remain in effect until the MEMBER cancels its MEMBERSHIP or its MEMBERSHIP is canceled by Chef's Cake. Chef's Cake may terminate the contract unilaterally by canceling the MEMBER's MEMBERSHIP if the MEMBER violates any provision of the "membership agreement".
6. Status of Disputes
Istanbul Central Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve all disputes in connection with or arising from this Agreement.
7. Enforcement
Membership registration of the MEMBER takes place after the MEMBER reads and accepts all the articles in this Agreement. This Agreement has been concluded and entered into force at the moment the MEMBER becomes a MEMBER.
