Chef’s Cake was originally established in 2013 under the “Istanbul Souffle” brand and has continued its operations under the Chef’s Cake name since 2016.

How does your production process work?
Products are manufactured under hygienic production conditions and supervised by food engineers. After production, products are shock-frozen at -40°C and stored in -18°C frozen storage facilities.
How is the frozen supply chain protected?
Products are transported using refrigerated vehicles while maintaining the -18°C frozen cold-chain standard throughout delivery.
